Turkish tea requires a few things, because, yeah, it is dramatic.
So, you will need a set of two teapots, composed of one smaller and one larger.
After that, you will need riye çayı, which is a Turkish tea that grows in the eastern Black Sea region of Rize.
Meanwhile, you will need ince belli, the tulip-shaped tea glasses, and kesme şeker, or sugar cubes to sweeten.
How to Make Turkish Tea
So, to make the tea, put water 3 cups of water into the larger teapot.
After that, place the empty small teapot over the large teapot and bring the water in the larger teapot to boil.
After that, put 2 tablespoons of the tea leafs into the empty smaller teapot and immediately put some of boiling water.
Close the lid on the smaller teapot immediately, and put the teapots back on the fire (with the small back to over the larger one).
Let that simmer for 15 minutes.
Done!
